Where we ship. Across the European Union, including Spain peninsula, Baleares, and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. 

 Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are Spanish territory but sit outside the EU VAT and customs union, so orders there may be subject to local taxes (IGIC / IPSI) and customs formalities, and take longer to arrive. 

 Cost. Shown at checkout before you pay. Free shipping on orders over €90. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout by destination. 

 Time. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery: Spain peninsula and Baleares 3 to 5 business days; Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla 7 to 9 business days; rest of the EU 4 to 8 business days depending on destination, via standard courier. During launches, sales campaigns or other exceptional periods, delivery may take a little longer. 

 Tracking. You receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
