Your right. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period ends 14 days after the day you (or a third party you name) receive the goods.
For example: if your order arrives on 10 June, you have until 24 June to let us know you wish to withdraw. The clock starts when the goods reach you, not when you place the order.
How to withdraw. Tell us your decision by a clear statement, by email to hello@mykurated.com, or use the withdrawal button on the site, or the model form below. We will confirm receipt.
Effect. We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you show they have been sent.
Returning the goods. Send them to Kurated Iberia, S.L., Calle Matías Perelló 25, Pta. 19, 46005 Valencia, without undue delay and within 14 days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods for a change-of-mind withdrawal. If the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we cover return shipping. You are only liable for any reduction in value from handling beyond what is needed to check the product.
Exceptions. For hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned.
