What we collect. Identification and contact data (name, email, phone, billing and shipping address), order and payment data (processed by our payment provider, not stored in full by us), and technical data (IP, device, browsing behaviour) via cookies.
Why we use it and legal basis (GDPR Art. 6):
- To process and deliver your order and provide support: performance of a contract.
- To send marketing emails, where you have opted in: consent.
- To comply with tax and accounting law: legal obligation.
- To improve the store and prevent fraud: legitimate interest.
Who receives it. Service providers acting on our behalf: Shopify (store platform), our payment provider, our carriers, and our email/marketing tool. These act as processors under contract.
International transfers. Some providers (for example Shopify) are based outside the EU. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, it is protected by adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention. Order data is kept for the period required by Spanish tax law. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent.
Your rights. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing hello@mykurated.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
