Where we ship

We deliver across the European Union, including mainland Spain, the Balearics, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

A quick note on the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: they're Spanish territory but sit outside the EU VAT and customs union. Orders there may be subject to local taxes (IGIC / IPSI) and customs formalities, and can take a little longer to reach you.

Cost

Shipping is always shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises. Orders over €100 ship free. Below that, the cost is calculated at checkout based on where you are.

Time

We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days. From there, estimated delivery is:

• Mainland Spain and the Balearics: 3 to 5 business days
• Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 7 to 9 business days
• Rest of the EU: 4 to 8 business days, depending on destination

All orders travel via standard courier. During launches, sales or other busy periods, delivery may take a little longer, and we appreciate your patience.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.
