 We sell cosmetic and wellness products. Product images are indicative. Ingredient and safety information, and the EU Responsible Person details, are shown on each product page.

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.

 We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at checkout.

7.  Right of withdrawal

 As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase. See the Right of Withdrawal page. A withdrawal button is available on the site during the withdrawal period.

8. Legal guarantee

 Products carry the legal guarantee of conformity. Under Spanish law, for goods this guarantee is 3 years from delivery. If a product is faulty, contact hello@mykurated.com.

9. Complaints and dispute resolution. 

Send complaints to hello@mykurated.com. If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, you may turn to the consumer arbitration system (Sistema Arbitral de Consumo) or, for cross-border cases, the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net).
